Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. We use UPS as our courier for international orders and DHL for orders within Germany and the EU. All parcels are insured and tracked. We will provide you with you respective tracking ID as soon as your order is shipped.

The order will be shipped after the estimated 12 week production period and passing the final quality control.
Shipping times depend on the country of destination, while UPS claims 3 days for delivery, our experience is that parcels can take up to 7-10 days. Please contact us, for your specific delivery time estimation.

TAXES

Any applicable fees, duties and taxes are based upon the laws and regulations of the country to which the commission is shipped to and are solely the consumers responsibility. Shipments to addresses located within the EU are subject to 16% VAT, which is included in the listed price. For all Non-EU countries, the VAT and customs needs to be payed by the consumer in the event of importing the goods into their respective country. The fees, duties and taxes of Non-EU countries are typically determined based on a combination of factors that may include : The product’s country of origin or manufacture; The products classification, using a system adopted by the countries that we ship to; VAT rates are set by the country to which the order is shipped to.

Note: If the consumer refuses delivery of any shipment, they are responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes; in this case, all such return shipping fees and any applicable fees, duties and taxes will be billed to the method of payment the consumer used. Shipping fees are not refundable for undeliverable shipments or refused shipments.
